Nurburgring Vinyl

Post by ModifiedMadness »

I was thinking of getting a Nurburgring vinyl for the bootlid, what does everyone else think to that idea?

Either like this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CLASSIC-NURBURGRI ... dZViewItem

or this one, I'm not too sure which one everyone has

Yes very nice mate

BUT

you gotta at least visit the place once before putting it on as it kind of defeats the point really a?!

I've got a thin black vinyl outline of the circuit on my filler cap.

My mum brought it me back from there a few weeks ago.

She did an 11 minute lap in the wet, in a "bug eye" Impreza WRX Wagon. Not bad for my mum!!!

None of them, until you've done a lap of it.

Been round it in a diesel Mk4 Golf, one of the best experiences ever.

I have two stickers. In my glovebox, waiting to go on my new car. I have been, went in August and put 7 laps down. Got passengered in about 5. The best experience in the world.

If you haven't been, you shouldn't have the sticker. It's like wearing an "I'm gay" t-shirt before coming out the closet...if you know what I mean! :p

The best place to get stickers is the Nurburgring. Then you truly know what it means.

Only trouble is I did but to me putting it on the Polo doesn't fit - After all it hasn't - the driver has :?

Hmm thinks after the track day today I wonder if I can get and RAF Marham Track outline done!!!

190 mph in a fezzer 550 was fun!! Mind you the LC was topping 168 at the end of the 1 3/4 mile straight!!
