6N0 862 160A is your part number m8, checked it out and it seems to be a complete unit only :(

listed as 'operating valve'

I think you will have to get the whole part and replace it like for like, to solve the rubber hole issue :)

Dealer price is £23.29 + VAT

Best bet would be to call your local VW dealer, who will hopefully have it in stock and you can go get it / see it is correct bit before paying

Or you can call/email VAG Parts (www.vagparts.com), who can get the part at a slightly cheaper discounted price, but postage is extra and time delay

That price is the inc VAT price, that would be your total cost :)
