when i sold my w-reg 1.0l mk5 with fvwsh with 35k on the clock i got Â£3500 px for it. in all fairness the car was in good nick and well looked after with subtle mods.
the garage that bought it from me then sold it for Â£5000 and that is the exact price that they got for it!!!
so if i had sold it privately i may have got 4-5k for it maybe!!
