AM / MW Radio Reception on Polo 9n

Post by Faber »

Hi, I'm Fabrizio from Italy...

I'd like to ask a little question...

I have changed my Radio with a Piooner Mp3 reader and I've tryed to listen AM/MW radio...

In few words the AM/MW reception is only noise.

The am reception is the same withe noise in two radio (older and newer).

The FM reception is very clear and loud...

Thanks Fabrizio

Aftermarket units do no have a built in signal booster like the VW gamma or beta that you have replaced. These can be purchased from a company called autoleads. These are available thro Halfords aswell. Simply add this in line with your aerial connector on the back of your head unit. Have you changed your aerial aswell as this could have an effect.....

hope this helps
