Yeah hi, I was just wondering do I need to earth the negative power cable for my screen? Do I connect it to the -ve battery terminal or what? Seems to be workign fine but I dont want my car to burn to the road due to a short....

Yes, either attach directly to your battery -ve terminal, or on a suitable piece of bare metal on the chassis or at a factory earthing point
