looking good. paint those drum black tho, please?

LOL!

lots of effort going in there - what you going to do with the rear number plate - is it lit at all at the moment? have you considered the TVR style back-lit ones, MOT pass and very bling.

get some better pics of the front - it's not doing your car justice yet! rear bootlid looks like a good job was done.

you're spending a lot eh!? top job

was it a favour or is he genuinely cheap? where you based? give him a plug here!

not sure on the TVR thing, not too much I think - 60 quid? easier than a recess. your polo will look complete when the plate is moved - but that's just my opinion, you make like it where it is.

fk coilovers seem like a good bet for you then. did you get any arch work done, and was it a shell respray or just outer panels?

good work

Yeah man, lookin' gooood. How about a weld-on bad-boy eyebrow rather than plastic? They always look way better.

Good stuff!

thanks guys

dave..... im in leicester. as i said... the car as it is cost me 1600-1700 quid as it is... and thats including the car!!!!! :D

the re-spray was 700 quid.... good mate of mine... but thats his prices really.

it was a full paint.. i stripped the car compleatly.... only thing left was dashboard and drivers seat. i removed everything else. paint inside and out.... engine bay is matt black with polished rocker cover and other bits.... just finishing the engine off now......

i'll check out the tvr style plate....

so far so good..... and hopfully a whole lot better when finished!

tonight im going to try and get most of the boot finished......

im still making my fibre glass door pods..... and still thinking what to do with the rear door cards... i might fibre glass them too and put 2 10" subs in them!

i'll keep it all posted....

if anyone is interested in bootinstalls.... fibreglass work etc... gis a shout.

as for the paint...... let know if anyone is in need of a paint job. mine cost 700 and that was a full paint job.

regards

can you give me a quote for 2 dents popped out in the bonnet. there about 3-4 mm high and in a patch around 15mm round where the suspention struts hit the bonnet as i forgot to fit the brushes.

the body shop round the corner from me quoted £250-300 depending if they can get a 100% match on the paint. as a parrently there are 4 different shades of chegall blue.
