How do you remove the door panels 6n2

Plz help i get my speakers alpine sps-170a friday and i need to know how i remove my door cards.

Hi

This has been posted before im sure, try a search for full and more detailed info!

there is a small screw next to tweeter area on the actual door, remove this. remove door lock cover (unscrew it)

pop of the grab handle cover, two screws in here, remove with long screw driver

then work slowly around with a plastic tool to pop off the clips around the edge that hold the door card on, will be stiff at first until you start making progress


p.s. i think the speaker grille can be removed without taking off the door card, ive never tried, let someone confirm first

but im putting new speakers in it wont there b a problem with the fitting aswell

If the holes don't line up, then you will need a plastic adaptor for aftermarket speakers

thanx tried removing the grills and they both broke at the same points just round the edge. there ok they dont look broke wen you put them bk. speakers removed and just wait 4 the new 1s due 2moz thenx inder. and i dont need the adaptor thanx god ive spent 2 much money already

Once you have done all the stoppers, take the door card away from the door slowly, as you will also need to dis-connect the wiring loom for your electric mirrors > this is if you have electric mirrors
