Bump stripes

How do u remove the front and rear bump stripes the paint has flaked off, or do u think it wud b as easy 2 paint it straight off
???

Or does any1 no how much it work b for them 2 b sprayed??

remove bumper with strip on, they are secured from the inside of the bumper with clips

They are easy to take off mate, take the bumper off n literally pop them out from the inside.
