i managed 133 in mine, but whether that is actually an ACCURATE measurement is beyond me. I was testing it with me mates Golf Gti (225bhp) though and he matched my speed and 'validated' it. . .but from what i hear as soon as u go over 110mph, all speedo's lie so not sure what to make of it !

Cal

PS - i got flashed doing 120mph ! is that the fastest clocked speed on police camera? HAHAH I hope its not !

LOL my top speed isn't even in the poll  @ 115mph on a private road

Haven't been any faster simply because the opportunity hasn't arisen as yet, plus anything over the three-figure mark on a motorway is license-threatening stuff, and I'd like to keep mine thankyouverymuch! :)

When i was on an autobahn I did 125, i think the rev counter was 6250 if i remeber correctly, didnt have much more road to give it more.

When im driving at 6000 the engine seems to vibrate quite a bit more than usual. I dont think Ive hit the rev limiter but I've def been close, 110 in 4th is 6000 on mine.

BTW Doesn't it increase engine wear an insane amount revving it at 6k ?

Right up to the red  sounds nice too!

Is there some kind of GPS speed measuring device you can buy so you know the exact speed you're travelling?
