HI Peeps,

I notice some of you have the black front VW badges, Have you lot purchased these or painted them, I emailed vagparts as I couldnt see a black front badge on his site.

Still waiting for some info.....

Any advice will be great............

VAGParts is the place to get it from mate, that's where mine came from

I love the smooth front I really wanna do this to mine front and back, but worried abt people rubbing when parking, as I had a few bumper marks on me mk4 polo :cry:

i sprayed mine :lol: sanded it, primed, paint, no laquar if you want the plain black looks :D

It's on my to-do list to get a set of black front and rear badges for the Polo, and remove the 'Polo' lettering from the boot (people always say "is that a Golf", might as well make it harder for them!). VAGParts is the place to go if you are lazy like me and don't have the time to black your own badges, plsu you get to keep your originals if you need them in the future - drop the guys a line in the VAGParts forum at the bottom of the main page :)

That, and no-one really knows about the GTi and just associate the nearest thing to it, ie. a Golf GTi. Everyone who isn't clued up about the GTi seems to think it's a 1.0-litre with badging and fancy lights/wheels :roll:

yep that is very true, most people don't know that a Polo GTi was made. heck they probably won't even believe it when they see the new Polo GTi coming down the street hehe

Hi. Got my front black badge from the dealer. It comes painted. Apparently it was used for the german army. So try your local dealer. I think it was around £13.00
