hello people. i have a 1.6 glx on a p reg i jus wanted to know what are the best spark plugs for it in performance and qaulity wise. and how you know when u need to change ur spark plugs. thank you

We had this topic a little while back... 
IMO use NGK triple electrode plugs. I would say when the central electrode has worn into a triangle shape it's tme to renew.
