Hi everybody this is my first time in this forum which I found very interesting. I own a Polo Mk5 1.4 which I found quite very fantastic car. I've done 40k in 5 years - considering that I live in Malta a very small island of only 17miles - with the only visit to the VW garage once for replacing the ignition switch under warranty !!
I am considering changing the spark plugs for the first time. Can somebody tells me if I can fit normal v-grooved or triple edged plugs and not platinum ones without doing any harm to the ignition system please? I am a little bit against using platinum plugs because considering their price they have no performance gain. Thanks everybody.
