Wheel size and lowering question

hi i know this may sound silly, but i'd thought i would check first
Im currently lowered -75mm on 16's
if i got some 14's would the car naturally sit lower? and whats the best way of working out how much lower it will sit?

well you saying that actually...i took my alloys off about month back

Original Setup: 195/40/15
Lowered: 40/50mm

I now have me steelies on which are sumthing crazy like 185/50 or 60 13 and i still make it over speed bumps and its stupid low looking over the roof.

I should really take a pic from the side wen it comes to puttin me alloys back on to see what the differences are
