What the hell is goin on??

I dunno wat the f**k is wrong wiv my car latly everything seems to be f*****g up.
the engine check light has been on for over 3 weeks but havent had any problems wiv it as yet, until 3-4 days ago.
Ive noticed that if im in traffic and leave the car in neutral for a while the car goes mental and feels like its misfiring and has no power wat so ever. it feels like its going to constantly stall and even if i plant my foot on the ground its sooooo slow to respond in watever gear im in. even in 1st if i have my foot all the way down it still feels like its going to stall. this problem only happens wen i leave it in neutral and when i turn off engine for a few mins and start back up again the problem goes. anyone got any ideas?

it may be spark plugs or the injection leads just a thougth as the same happened to me it turned out to be HT leads

i only changed the leads a couple of months ago!

In all honesty mate, I'd say it's best to take it to the stealers/specialist to get it looked at, speaking for myself here although I'm under warranty when my EPC light came on, I was at VW within half an hour, I wouldn't fancy drving around with the Engine Check Light on

that happen to my motor too, i left it for awhile and then it was sorted but the EPC light stayed on. i never drove it for a day and then turned it on and the light had gone?!?
