Painting rims, RXII 16"

Post by hugorobbos »

Hey Guy's,

Just bought me a pair of 16" RXII wheels......, used with good tyres for only 450 euro. Sweet!!

Just polisched 8) the 4 rims and now i'm going to let the inner parts get painted.

I want to get the rims painted in the same color as the wheels from a BMW E46 M3. The galvanised look, should look great with my Black Purl paint on the car.

"Does somebody know the color code for this type of paint or the code of this wheel"????

I have to say the OEM look as I have them in that finish but I've always been a fan of the finish those M3 rims so would consider the centres in that colour when it comes to the next time I have them refurbished...think it will look good with a black car...then again I'm starting to lean towards completely black centres...going for the moody look...ha ha ha!

Whatever floats your boat really, the OEM finish won't really be anything other than standard whereas a personal choice of a colour will make the rims stand out more...good luck...remember to post some pics, be interested in how they turn out!

Will do so after they're painted.
