Easy...
- - Take the wheel off
- Remove the break caliper using the 2 allen key bolts
- Pull the caliper away from the disc
- Put a screw driver inbetween the break pad and caliper and prize them appart
- Pull pads out, may have to use screw driver between the pad and caliper.
- - Push the first pad into the piston
- Push it back as far as you can (handy for later when fitting back onto)
- Push the 2nd on onto the caliper
- Put the screw driver between the pads and move them appart, making gap bigger.
- Put caliper back onto wheel and tighten bolts
- Wheel back on

There's a thread in the DIY Guides Forum with some pics in it that might help http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/v ... hp?t=16835
Dead easy, man. Assuming everything comes apart as it should...
As for bedding in, this article may be useful

If your just fitting stock pads then you needn't go quite so hard.
You can put the money you save on getting them fitted towards some w**k discs and pads...or possibly alcohol.
Let us know how you get on...
