standard aerial

Post by oscar olop gti »

I like the look of the s2000 aerial & was going to cut down the standard aerial for a quick fix, till i get round to getting an s2000 one. How much will the radio reception be affected :?: If it totally FUNKS up the reception i won't bother. Any advise :?

Mine is just as good with an S2000 aerial as it was when I had the standard aerial :)

If you mess things up, you can have my old standard whip aerial if you like, its doing nothing but sitting on my windowsill at the moment

Nope, I just swapped my old standard aerial (which is not cut down) for the S2000 item (which is much smaller).

Polopowah has cut down his standard aerial to the rubber, maybe if you PM him he can tell you how it is?
