I found a distributor in Newcastle, who quoted £175 + VAT. I guess that doesn't include the fitting though.

i got quoted £ 349 + VAT for a remap by a company in Cambridge. It sounds as if £350 - £400 is the going rate for a chip or remap :?:

I cant see a superchip being that good on the polo GTi to be honest,

If you speak to anyone within the vw/audi group they will never say they have a superchip!

These are more RS turbo and cossie mods!

Also i could never see a Polo GTi beat a new Golf GTi not with that much grunt under the hood!

I Push out 110bhp @ the wheels with a custom code, BMC induction (with custom samco) with vent in wing to force air in, Full magnex with sports centre, uprated plugs etc! And i know for a fact that i would never beat a New Golf GTi

That my game plan, BMC induction kit, exhaust ( iam in two minds about keeping it concealed or to have the pipes showing :?: ) & then a remap or a piggy back chip :) Best get saving
