Hi
Does anyone know how to wire up 2 amps? i got one to drive my sub and got one to drive my midrange and 6 x 9's. do i need to use another battery? or change my alternator?

hey jus get a powercap ans a splitter block. thats wat i'm usin lol

you need a fused distribution block:

something like that. one cable in one side, two out the other side.

if they are huge amps then a second battery can be handy to regulate voltage drops. a power cap is for show only TBH. if they are less that 60A in total don't bother with a 2nd battery.

Just run 4 awg cable from batt. to a fused distribution block, then run 8 awg cable to the amps. (I also would put a circut breaker near the batt. too) I have a fused distribution block, brand new. Probably Selling it cos i need to run 3 amps.

Also i wouldn't run 6x9s if you have a sub. Every one says it, but get comps up front. (rainbow comps are ment to be awsome)
