Heavy Drinker Polo... Â£20 = 100miles?!?!

100 miles for Â£20 is the same every week. At first it didnâ€™t bother me much but since money it getting short I was thinking it was easier buying a new car. I seriously donâ€™t want to sell the car but I am fed up of pouring money into this carâ€¦ I would rather put it my money into my vw mk1 project.

I've heard a lot of people talk about this G40 engine.

I havent had time to read up anything on it you know anything about it??

Understandable certainly Â£20.00 is steep.

am having simialr probs with my 6n @ the mo
have had the throttle body replaced !!!!

will now prob have 2 get the lamber done 2
mine u can smell the feul 1st time u start up but also the temp guage on mines not working properly so will have 2 get that sorted 2
think the temp sensoers not working properly
dont get rid do the cheap fixes n then sell it if u still cant afford 2 run it.

See I'm not too sure about all the cheap fixes.... yes you can get it all done yes its good worthwhile experience. But there must be a limit to where you can stop otherwise its just going to be one of those things which will carry on bugging you for life.
