Side repeaters

Sorry for so many posts

just finding my way with the new car!

I was looking forward to a cheap mod last night when I was going to swap the OE side repeaters on the Polo for the OE ones I took off the Golf.

I was gutted to find out that they were different connections all together. The Polo being a L shaped screw in connection (better actually) and the Golf a rubber push in Job.

What have you lot done when changing them, did you buy special ones to fit the Polo or did you swap the buld connection for the Golf version?

I took the lazy way out and ordered some In-Pro side repeaters. They fitted in one go, but they weren't exactly a steal. Still, it only took 2 minutes to fit, that's gotta be worth something.

i think the mk5 ones will fit (same as mk4 golf iirc) otherwise theres an in pro color range. you could try fitting some of those led marker lights but they wont fit in the recess

any way even if the wireing isnt right get some bnullet connectors and then if needs be you can return to stock by fitting some bullet connectors to the wireing off the plug

I might get some bullet connectors depending on how
much they are (pence I guess). Saves Â£10 on lenses.
