!.4 8v concealed stainless exhausts

Post by Blackeuro »

hi there,
new to this forum. i have a 98 s reg 1.4 8v.
exhaust is screwed so im thinking of getting a stainless performance one.but i want it concealed like the standard one is. does anyone know of any places that do concealed ones?or will it be a case of chopping the end of to hide it behind the bumper? any help appreciated

Have you thought of a custom made one? i had a powerflow one and loved it, you can have any tailpipe you want so im sure they could hide it for you :?

Oh and welcome 8)

yeah i thought about it, but dont really know of any good places down south, besides i heard a few dodgy things with powerflow. told they use s**t stainles steel. was hoping i could buy an off the shelf one.i had a mongoose on my last car, 304 grade stainless steel and didnt sound stupidly loud, was very pleased with it. only trouble is they dont do hidden ones. my car is very low aswell, i have to slow right down to get over speed bumps so i definitly cant have a big exhaust hanging low. im a bit stuck really!*%@
