Coilovers

Post by alexb »

Hi guys, only me again - - - the question guy.

I have not yet got the polo but am already looking into the wheels and coileys!

Anyone else got coilovers on there's and where did they get them from and how much please????

Cheers

Oh and this is a lamen question but the coilovers areobviously adjustable but how do you adjust them???? Is it on the top of the struts on the engine bay????

i have coil-overs on mine set at roughly -75mm they are made by Spax and are the RSX kit available from 'demontweeks', they cost 625 quid about a year and a half ago and they are quite a harsh ride :(

you are best of looking at the FK kits or H&R coil-overs, both highly recommended.

I prefer the ride and quality of the KWs to be honest, I had a friend whose Highsports fell to bits on one corner!

Nice diagram Ben

I want to adjust mine actually, cause the front sits lower than the rear :?

Mine are AVO's

They seem good but the ride is really stiff, proper harsh
