driver side window switch

any1 know how to get this off? I put a screw driver under it but it cracked a bit of the plastic, window wont go up or down, it just clicks so I wanted to see if it was a loose wire.

It should prise up from one side, if not, stop damaging it and just remove the door card - easiest way, then you can check the motor etc.. too at the same time

yeah , got one side up, couldnt get the other side up.

Its got like a big gold clip on one side, that needs to be pushed in, hard to explain
