Well me n hatch turned up, but not even www.neil-f.net who started the post did. A waste of a night really and more so for kenny and grum it seems.

I know you said you wouldnt come to another but if i tried organising one at a better time and location that suited everyone and gave more notice would you still not be interested?

Let me know,
Simon

id still be interested if i knew it was gonna be worth while, just that folks say lets have a meet in glasgow, get a pic of a map an nothin better to say where it is for the new members like me or any others.

it is rubbish that we didnt mange to catch the other folk who attended on time but when me an kenny ended up at the quay, i thought of that as a better location for the meet as its right next to the clyde nd it will be easier for folks to find! we were just around the corner too!

We'll get one organised.

Probably wait a few month until weather is better and get it planned well in advance, so we can get a decent turn out and everyone knows how to get to location. 8)

Here here Del!

I am sure if it is properly organised we will get a good turn out again. The initial post just seemed to fizzle out for this meet. I knew I wouldn't make it because of work but I do feel sorry for those who travelled for nothing :(

Let's hope it doesn't put any off coming to the next one 8)

 As expected! I never even posted on this topic because I new it wouldnt go ahead!
There are too many people on here that say they will come and they dont!
Yes I wasnt at the first meet (didnt think it would go ahead) but it looked ok, but previous to that there had been several attemps to organise a meet but as usaul people are full of sh1t! Thats why I dont even bother to put my name down, and to be honest thats probably the same attatuide/opinion of others. Anyway the location for these meets is always crap, they should be some were central for everyone and also some good lighting. Ie braehead, showcase etc etc not some sh1te car park "somewhere in town" ! Come on!!! Its not a suprise it didnt go ahead and until we get real people who do actually want to meet, You can could me out too. Somebody always has an excuse!

Anyway rant over hope not offended anyone but had to air my opinion!

Like I said I was so looking forward to this one, if it hadnt been for a wee cruise tht I went out on saturday night which resulted in the police pulling my car over and declaring it unroadworthy and tht it had to stay of the roads until it fixed I would definately have been at this meet, I mean i stay right beside the place!!!The next one which comes around I will defo be there, wat about the scottish vag meet at the quay on the 19th of February? Is everybody going to that ?Il defo be there!

if its any easier for u guys, why dont we just have the polo meet the same time as the vag meet?

it wud be busier and better and we can just park all the polo's at the same area so its like our own little meet as part of a big meet?

anyone agree?
