i wasnt a full dashboard out job, but everything bar the actuall dash board and steering wheel came out. it was a nightmare, leave yourself about 2 days for it! i would rather pay someone to do it rather than doing it again. my arms and my hands r cut up, it was fiddely and frustrating. u'll need a torch and a lot of patience. its not a hard job just an annoying 1! gd luck for it, it has foxed mine though. oh yea and be careful not to damage any of the blowers, dont force anything, there not very strong.

thats probably your best bet, because you know it will be done properly and efficiently. (you hope). get a quote for it of them, if its not 2 dear go for it. but dont let them take you for a ride.

i dont think a golf spolier will fit, well im sure u can make it fit but it will be a bit of a bodge. i have a mk2 golf gti an the spoilers on those bolt through the rear screen unlike a polo. im sure u would be able to modify it on there though.
