lo mate, i`ll use the help: CymruPolo gave me.

After registering you can upload pics by clicking on Browse > choose the pic you want by double clicking on it > Click on Submit

The pic will then be added to your 'album'

. Under each pic there will be three options:

* URL
* Tag
* IMG

Left click on the text next to the IMG option (this will highlight the text) > Right click > Copy << then in this sort of box paste the txt

go to your profile, to the signature section, and click on "BBcode" theres a little help section that explains the basics.
you'll have to have the photo hosted somewhere else first though, photbucket or instance.

Agreed! But for a quick pic imageshack is simpler... + no need to register/sign in = no hassle (well if you can call it hassle)
