Squeeky Door Handles....

Post by smash_it_up_666 »

Hi guys,

I own a 2000 3 door 6n2 colour concept, but the inside door handles have a slight squeek when you use them,

Is this a common fualt, if so what the best way to get rid of it, simple bit of WD40?

Cheers

Never heard of that one before

Yeah just try WD40, preferably with the straw thing on the nozzle or it'll go all over your fancy interior

or cover the doortrim with a rag

I too have this problem its annoying I dont think WD40 will work as it sounds like its behind the door cards (I did being this problem up with VW as my car is still under warrenty and they told me its not an excessive noise :( ) so in other words live with it!
