Looking to find some decent places to have my front and rear bumpers smoothed !!!

Whats the best method to use ??

how much is the rough cost per bumper ??

Does it affect the insurance ??

I can answer the insurance bit.

Yes it does affect it, as for how much will be up to your insurer.
