As far as I'm aware, they leave holes behind that would need filling.
Unlike a MkIV which are just stuck on and leave no holes.

Cheers for that - i didnt want to rip em off and then have holes need filling !!
Another job for the body shop to go with the smooothing im gonna get done !! - if i can find one near me !!

all side ones leave holes.......
front and rear ones leave a recess........
therefore the MKV is not good for de-bumpstripping

personally i think the bump strips on 6n2s look good, if theyre colour coded that is.

So when bumpers are smoothed - do they remove the bump strips and fill the recess up with filler/ plastic welding ??
