i finally got my cherry bomb guys, but its not fitted, ive just repainted it 2nite as it waz a bit grubby, so it looks new now, i can't get it fitted straight away as nuthin is straight forward 4 me, the back box dosnt have a bit of pipe runnin out 2 connet 2da centre box :evil: , so now i have 2 go 2 a garage an get a bit, fit it 2 the back box then fit the dam thing on, the best part was, it only cost me 10quid :P,i cant wait 2 hear it, what boxes have u guys on?
oh an i will b gettin pics in a few days, i have 2 borrow my aunts digi camera :P

no its not barry, ive been told its summit new 2 polo's an 4 a start i aint seen any on them an i like 2 b different from others an if it sounds s**t its comin off again but im always up 4 summit different, im stickin 2 da euro style polo design but the exhaust is the only diff part, its an ashley competition exhaust so its not a crap pipe, just might b 2loud, ive been told off the man i got if from that it has a nice bore, so who knows.

ive just got my aunts digi cam there 2nite, so im gonna take a few night shots an a shot of this cherry bomb thats just been painted, i shud have the pics up later

If you ask me cherry bombs ARE barry.. get a proper exhaust if you dont want your car to sound like a nova s**t

well we will c how it sounds a couple of days, i'll record the the tone of the exhaust through my digi cam as soon as i can figure out how 2 use it :oops:

i have a 1 litre, a cherry bomb is a straigh through back box basically an has a fair tone 2 it, u can get different types of cherry bombs, the one i have is a ''ashley competition exhaust'' http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/4697 ... mb18ws.png

it looks like this 1, its the top tail pipe, mine is in black with the chrome tip

these sound great, there usually on competition rally cars ! Sunday rally cars were talking, not the 50,000 plus ones !

Not too sure what the result will be putting it on a 1 litre, sure it will be loud tho, defeningly loud !

1) You wont see any power gains, cherry bombs are ONLY back boxes made purly to make a farting noise which normally means losing back pressure

2) They arent used on rally cars, not matter what class

3)They sound poo

Get a proper back box if you want a nice sounding long lasting exhaust

If you want power gains its a Cat Back system or more
