I'm looking for design90 wheels...

but could you tell me on what Porsche model they where the stock wheels?...I'll try to find some in a scrap :wink:

The Carrera 2 --> 1984 onwards IIRC.

did they only come in 16's but varied in the width ie 6/16, 7/16, 8/16? or did they come in 17's aswell?

Yep, varied in width from 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 inch wide, but only in 16" diameter.

can tell me approximatly how much they could cost...in second hand part and how much are the adaptor to fit the 5 holes to the 4x100 ?

Unpolished sets in the most common sizes, i.e. 6x16 and 7x16 go for somewhere around 2 - 300 €, don't know how much that is in CHF (sorry). Polished sets can go for up to 1000 €, but 7 - 800 is reasonable. Adapter sets can be had from around 150 - 200 € per axle, but I've seen cheaper offers as well, most often without TüV. Rarer sizes (meaning wider) are generally more expensive, but we have no use for them anyway.

j-o check out the for sale section, there is a set polished on there for £280, i took the polish off mine and went for the oe finish looks much nicer (me thinks) still in my yard not on the car yet.... :(

talking about the sizes were the clubsports in 16's also or were they available in 17's..i once remeber seeing a polo 16v in silver with 17 inch porsche turbo rims from a french tuner in the performance vw magazine did you see it?

I think I remember that, I believe it's the same sliver Mk4 as in the above pic, but then with 17 inch Porsche Turbo wheels. I'll try to find a pic.

AFAIK, the Clubsports (C2 but with spokes that mold into the lip) only came in 16" too.
