mk 4 exhaust manifold and camshaft wanted

Im looking for a free flow exhaust manifold on my poo, i also want a new camshaft, just a mild road shaft would be fine, any help would be great, thanks, Ollie.

after a cock about with the turbo conversion( no need to explain long story??) iv just fitted a supersprint 4-2-1 mainfold with standard cat Schrick Cams and scorpion cat Back and its butie thats the way i'lld go.
what engine you running as iv juist done this to my 1.4 16v.
