well it is. everybody has said that. it looks a bit lowered 2day but ur right needs time to settle. pluss there 13's with 55 tyers on

Yeah, I think it's the 13's being so set into the arches that don't do it justice.

if i had 15's they would be no arch gap and look lower

The gap from the centre of the wheel to the arch is the same as mine, purely because the wheels are tiny that it looks high. With more suitable wheels it will look pimp.

In my opinion, the only wheels id go for is 15x7 or 15x7.5 anything else wont look low enough and will have a arch gap!

No, not if you cut a tiny peice of the arch away, i mean tiny, like 2cm by 2cm square.
