when i brought my beloved gti i had fresh ruber all round my rubber of choice yokahoma a539 bad coice or not????? ive had them on for roughly 4000 miles and i need new front tyres is this bcus yokos ar soft? should i change them to a difrent brand or is it cus i drive it to hard? opinions plz and past experiances!!!!!

Have they worn evenly all over?

They are a very soft compound tyre, very grippy though.

A539's are pretty good tyres from people I know who use them.

But like most Yokohamas, they are relatively soft rubber (although my AVS Sports have lasted ages).

Couple of other things:

Is your car lowered? And how often do you check the tyre pressures?

yes they are wearing evenly all over. its not lowred at all yet. check tyre presures evry 2 weeks
do u recon i just drive to agresivly? or are they super soft my backs are fine......
