tail lights

does anyone know what type ov tail lights these are in this pic, i aint seen them before??

Ahh, it's ICEYPOLO's car

I think if I remember rightly they're the LED crystal clear rear lights with tint spray used on them (mask off the LED bit) to get the desired colour.
