Fitting 1.4 16v head

Does anybody know what would be involved fitting the 1.4 16v head to the 1.3cl block?

Been thinking about this for a while to give me a bit more poke and i'm sure i've read that someone on here has done it before.

any idea what power increase would be? is 10bhp out of the question?
