Right, I think its about time, us Polo loving owners should have a decent meet "UP NORTH"

A few of us have made suggestions but they seem not to gain much interest. So, thought i'd start this topic and try and get some ideas of place, date and time for a good meet!

I think it would be a good idea for us to meet somewhere with a fairly decent parking capacity but also with a nice grassy field so we could play a few games after we'd looked at each others cars. (i.e, Football, cricket, rounders etc)

Please list your ideas below:

Hillsborough Park - Sheffield, 30th April, 1pm

Come on, all vag owners are welcome so ask friends and suggest this to other forums you may use?

sounds like a good idea to me mate,,,cars currently having a lot of work done but hopefully should be finished summat like in time,,,ill keep a watch on this mate.

There is always Rother Valley County Park, dunno when it opens but you have to pay for parking, and there are lots of grassy fields...lol

I'll ask the Seatcupra.net lot if they'll be up for it.

And by the way people.... there is a meet on next Sunday (19th) @ Meadowhall retail park, think its 2.00pm.

My house overlooks Rother Valley Country Park, I can deffo reccomend that

Glad to hear all you guys and girls are interested.

I had thought about Rother Valley, just weren't sure wether you lot would want to pay for parking or not. What i'll do is, at the end of the month, i'll put a list down of posible venues, then those who are wanting to come, can list their choice. Hopefully we'll have a few more interested parties by then aswell.

Right guys and girls. Just been thinking about this and it appears i've chosen a bad day for this venue! Hillsborough Park hosts "Mayfest" i believe for the May Bank Holiday, so the park will be rammed!

Does anyone have a poblem with changing the date to 1 week earlier or later?
