9n head unit problem

Hello

I've just fitted a Kenwood headunit in my 9n. Plugged straight in, what looks like a standard ISO connector. So far so good.

Everything works OK, but every time I turn the ignition off I lose all my presets. So I figure I'm missing a permanent live feed - can anyone tell me what colour the wire is for permanent live from the car end please?

I think its red or yellow from memory

Your new headunit should have come with an ISO lead to fit in-line?

if so, most now have a lead which you can unplug to swap over the leads to give you the perm. feed

if not, get one from ebay or halfords?
