Profile 40 or 45 on 16s?

Deciding on tyres...
For 16" alloys, would 40's look better than 45's?
Which choice is wiser?

definitely 40,s. give more clearance aswell

But what about width? What do you recommend? 195? 205? 215?

195/40/16. They are Â£59 each; works out to Â£253.50 incl. shipping for a set of 4.

thats cheap, go for them, 195 is all you need for 16's
