hi,
just wanted to wether there is any difference between the lower gti grill and the one i got on mine (1.4SE)? and if so what is it? i also wanted to know where i can get the lower bumper colour coded bit (mine is in black plastic) which is on the gti's i think.

yes, on your grill for your 1.4 the grills are in a diamond shape, but on the GTi they are honeycomb.

By referring to the "lower bumper" are you meaning the splitter?

i mean the bit right at the bottom of the bumper which sticks out a bit

no that aint the gti splitter, but i reckon he was just referring to what a splitter is 8)

i have swapped the grill and the splitter lol

that would be the Reiger splitter on mine, 2.5x deeper than the Gti Splitter 8)

where did u get ur splitter from? and how much was it? polopowah and djsimmy? i still dont know whether u can fit gti calipers to my car!, would it be easier to paint them yourself?
