6n2 Tracking and Camber, Help needed!

Just had the car lowered 60mm, the garage were meant to sort the tracking and camber but the front wheel, mainly drivers side is now quite out \ There now telling me it cant be adjusted.

Can it? and How?

Springs and shocks btw
