Torque settings

Hey ppl I was wondering if one of you fine sirs could hit me with the head bolt torque settings for my 1.0l cl coupe. 1993. Thanks guys

my haynes manual says...

cylinder head bolts (engine cold)
1st stage = 40nm/30lb ft
2nd stage = 60nm/44lb ft
3rd stage (angle tighten) = additional 1/2 turn in 180 degree or two 90 degree turns
