BODYKITS !!

Post by NZ POM »

G'day guys & gals. I found this place in Christchurch NZ that specializes in mech repairs for vw's and i could'nt believe my luck when he showed me a genuine vw polo spoiler/bodykit that he's had stuffed in the storeroom for ages. I was hoping someone might have a pic of one already fitted and painted or a link to somewhere i might find this, as i dont want to buy somethig that might turn out looking gay. The kit has sideskirts, front bumper and rear bumper extensions but no tailgate/roof spoiler. I'd appreciate your help cause the local VAG dealer looked at me like i was some sort of nutter, thats proberbly cause most polo drivers in NZ have grey hair and i want something different. CHEERS. Not to sound like an ass but 99.9% of the body kits available for Polos (bar the VAG OEM ones) look utter s**t.

Standard 16v bumpers smoothed in certain places do the job perfect

no thats daves car. I would certainly agree that a smoothed 16v does the job just fine. i have the same as daves but with the two side grills smoothed over also.

its better to keep the OEM look of the car otherwise it ruins the shape
