RUST on polo

Post by BalinJu »

Ok i don't know if it is only my specific polo but i have serious trouble with rust

once rust developed on the roof and since i had rust warranty they removed it for me for free.

1 week ago my car came out of thier garage again because i had rust problems, this time, rust developed just at the very end (toward the back) of the roof, a different place from last time.

You will not believe this because i couldn't believe it too, today i saw rust again in the same place that supposted to be repaired from rust!!! spray cracked again and orange stuff is making its way from beneath the spray to the very top.

do you have same problems with rust?? i cannot stand it anymore!! I am very dissapointed about it :!:

My thoughts exactly, whoever 'fixed' your rust is, well, not a professional. To keep it nice.

My car has rust spots too, about the same place you had (I think), at the end of the raingutter-rubber thing, normally covered by the boot lid. Also, some rust behind the mirrors (invisible, unless you take them off) and under the rubbers that surround the holes in the door, where the hinges are. Dissapointing.
