think alans mate graham (now spuds car) has a cup kit fitted, alan reconed it was good stuff. your gt would look ace at 60-70 drop! 8)

How high off the ground should the Mk3 Polo be anyway (coupe)? As standard...

Can't work out if mines been lowered...

don't think your car looks lowered PGWLE, you can just tell by the space between the wheel and arch. and you've got tons of space

the kit youve got sounds interesting Metz. 80 @ the front would be just wot im after and adjustable rears would let me get it just right.

Any chance you could find out the exact name? And any other info like where u got them would be great.

ground clearance should be 97mm on the coupe and 105mm on the square backs i believe. i have an Fk kit on my GT only problem was i needed new top mounts at the front as the thread was wider then the standard suspension, these were eventually provided for free, but took more then a while

I will ask my mate to read what it says on the box, i think you have to ring them about the suspension as the website wasn't updated with it.

I was going to sell it yea, me and the girlfriend were gunna get something a little bigger...she wanted a impreza sport and i wanted a bora tdi. but at the moment we are waiting. either way i think i'm gunna hold onto it for the near future :-D

I would go for something like a 60/40 FK spring set with Koni shocks. Anything lower I would get coilovers as the front steering arms don't sit right.
