1.4 16v Front Fog lights

Hi Guys,

I have a mk4 6n Polo 1.4 16v, and I am trying to replace the light bulbs of the front fog lights. Does any of you know how to get to it? I have been taking ages and do not know how to take the bulb out. Do I need to take off the front spoiler? Looking forward to your advices. Cheers

I had to change mine the other day, you have to take the black splitter off and then the color coded bottom bit of the bumper in order to get to the fogs - you then have to remove the light itself to get to the back of the unit to take the light out and swap them over. I thought it would be a ten minute job, but ended up being about an hour!

I'ld also replcae both bulbs if I were you, even if they dont need doing, because I changed just the one initially and it was way brighter than the other, so I thought whilst Ive got thebumper off I may aswell do the other one too.
