toad ai606 immobiliser help

i need some help installin an Ai606 in a mk2 polo,
first thing how do i tell if somethings +12v switched eg for the indicators?

where do i connect the immobilistaion wires to? its got a plug on the end

didt relise that there was this many wires

you already have mate over on club gti....i forgot my username lol but since your over here aswell im still stuck on where to put the box. as you said to put it behind the clocks i found that theres not much space.so i was wondering would i get a thatcham cert if i bolt it behind the centerconsole
its a bit like this like this from the guages holes downwards. you can put your hand right behind the consol if you try
