i am looking to replace my rear badge with a colour coded one how did everyone get the original badge off?

and secondly how did they get the new badge on wat did u use?

I just pulled it off a bit (being careful not to press against the bodywork) and then get a standley knife and cut the glue stuff behind it. After a few cuts it should just pull off.

Then i just used some white spirit to get the excess glue off.

The new badge comes with the glue already on it so all you have to do is line it up and stick it on. I did mine the other day...

Or you can try getting a bit of fishing line - heating up the badges with a heat gun or similar and then slowly using the fishing wire like a garotte and peel it behind the badge and voila its off !!

Thing is, when it's color coded you have to take the sticky pad off, and it pretty much loses it's stick.

He's buying one I did.
