okay here is how she stood this morning - more or less

that primer on the front was really getting on my nerve's

so after 6 can's of black satin, and some masking tape, and a load of prep work:-

So what did you do, did you rub it down fully or just paint over : / ?

Looks good from the photos you did, fancy providing a closer picture of the spray job? say on the bonnet?

What did you use, standard cans or a proper sprayer can..

Hllo guy's thanks for the comments. are you ready for a photo essay??

Started the day by whipping of the bumpers and masking up the stripe to seee how it would go, we discoverd taht we would have to run sandpaper over theh original paintwork to give the black somthing to grip onto.

Then we whipped off teh rear badges and taht platic bit by the rear wheels.

Began to unvail her

and were well impressed by the finish

The grille I won from ebay, for £5- the guy had to £7 on P+P but it is a home made jobby.

could you provide the name of the guy on ebay who u got the grill off?

Would be really helpful, well its not showroom! hehe, but you did a damn good job by yourself, dont think i could have done that, looks pretty dangerous :D

god they get so dirty quickly!!
